This Refund and Billing Policy governs the financial and transactional terms for all digital service allocations, recruitment packages, and subscriptions purchased on the 64Skills platform.

General Statement & Core Principle

🚫 ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of digital products and services offered through the Platform, all purchases are considered final, non-cancelable, and non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise within this Refund Policy.

By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, viewing, or using any paid feature or service offered by 64Skills, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital services are delivered immediately upon purchase
  • Digital access cannot be returned once granted
  • Value is received upon activation, publication, or access
  • Buyer's remorse does not qualify for a refund
  • Failure to use purchased services does not qualify
  • Partial use of services does not qualify for a refund

Accordingly, all sales, purchases, subscription fees, promotional fees, advertising fees, premium access fees, recruitment service fees, and digital service charges are final.

Definition of Services & Non-Refundable Items

The digital services, platform credits, and SaaS packages governed by this unconditional "All Sales Are Final" model include, but are not limited to:

Employer Recruitment SaaS

  • Premium Job Postings: Once a job advertisement is published, compiled, or displayed on our active streams, the post is consumed immediately.
  • Candidate Database Access: Access to profiles, contact data, resumes, or assessment transcripts cannot be refunded once access keys are issued.
  • AI Matchmaking & Screening Tooling: Server computation resources are spent instantly during screening queries.

Candidate Services

  • Premium Profile Badges: Increased visibility upgrades on candidate streams are active immediately.
  • Specialized AI Resume Enhancer: Computations run instantly.
  • Premium Interview Training Sessions: Session allocations are reserved immediately.

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal Settings

64Skills operates on monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription cycles for recurrent access privileges. For your convenience, these memberships auto-renew automatically unless disabled.

Cancellation Terms

You can cancel subscription renewals at any time via your Account Settings. If you cancel, your current billing period remains active and you will retain access until the end of your prepaid term. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

Limited Exceptions & Grace Periods

We want to ensure a fair experience. We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following limited conditions:

  • Technical System Failures: If a system-wide bug prevents delivery of purchased services (e.g. payment completes but credits are not allocated), and our engineering team cannot resolve it within 3 business days.
  • Accidental Double Charges: In case of system duplications where the payment gateway processes the same transaction twice.

Moderation Actions & Policy Violations

We maintain strict quality control. If your account is suspended, terminated, or restricted due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g. posting fake jobs, discriminatory behavior, or spamming), you forfeit all prepaid fees and balances. No refunds will be issued.

Refund Application & Request Process

To request a refund review under the exceptions mentioned in Section 4, submit a ticket within 7 calendar days of the transaction date. Your request must include:

  • Your registered account email and contact number
  • Transaction reference ID (received in your email receipt)
  • A detailed explanation of the system error, with screenshots

Processing Methods & Timelines

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source (credit card, net banking, UPI, or digital wallet) used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing cycles.

Chargeback Abuse & Dispute Resolution

If you dispute a legitimate charge through your bank or payment gateway without contacting our billing desk first, we reserve the right to suspend your account and blacklist your details from future access to the 64Skills platform.

Legal Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any billing disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
