How We Share & Disclose Information
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We disclose personal data only under structured contractual frameworks and only to achieve the operational objectives of our platform.
With Employers (Candidate Data)
When a Job Seeker applies for a position or makes their profile visible to recruiters, we share their professional profile — including resumes, portfolios, certifications, and verified assessment scores. Employers become independent data controllers of information they receive.
With Job Seekers (Opportunity Data)
Public job postings, company profiles, remote contract specifications, and employer-provided opportunity details are made available to registered users and visitors to facilitate effective talent matching.
With Third-Party Service Providers
We share limited data with trusted vendors who provide essential supporting infrastructure. These include cloud hosting, data storage, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, video conferencing, customer support, and security monitoring services. All such providers are bound by strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) obligating them to process data solely under our instructions and to maintain robust security standards.
For Legal Compliance & Safety
We may disclose personal information when required by applicable law, court orders, government requests, or law enforcement agencies. Disclosures may also occur to enforce our Terms of Service, prevent fraud, defend against legal claims, or safeguard the safety and rights of users and the Company.
Business Transfers
In the event of a corporate merger, acquisition, asset sale, venture funding round, or restructuring, user databases may be transferred as part of the business assets, subject to standard confidentiality agreements. We will notify users of such transfers where legally required.
Data Retention & Storage
We maintain a disciplined data retention architecture to ensure personal data is kept no longer than necessary to fulfill its processing purposes.
Retention Parameters
- Active Accounts: Personal data is maintained for as long as the account remains active within our career ecosystem
- Corporate Records: Invoice logs, financial transactions, and contracts are retained to comply with tax, accounting, and anti-fraud statutory requirements
- Interaction Logs: Anonymized and aggregated data decoupled from personal identifiers may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes
- Disaster Recovery Backups: Residual data in backup systems is isolated and systematically overwritten per our regular backup rotation schedule
Account Deletion & Erasure
Users may request account deletion at any time via their profile dashboard or by emailing info@64skillls.com. Upon verification, associated personal identifiers will be permanently deleted or securely anonymized within 30 days. Certain records may be retained to fulfill legal compliance obligations.
International Data Transfers
64Skillls operates its career ecosystem from infrastructure located primarily in India. Because we offer global remote work access, study abroad programs, and cross-border collaborations, your data may be transferred to or accessed from servers situated outside your home jurisdiction.
When personal data is transferred across borders, we take all reasonable steps to ensure it receives adequate protection. For EEA and UK residents, we implement Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, along with supplementary technical controls, Data Processing Agreements, and encryption standards.
Users acknowledge and consent to such international transfers where permitted by applicable law.
Data Security Measures
We implement industry-standard technical, physical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, accidental alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Infrastructure Controls
- TLS encryption for data in transit
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest
- Multi-layered firewalls & access controls
- Intrusion detection & security monitoring
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Access minimization (least-privilege)
- Regular security audits & penetration testing
- Continuous threat monitoring
Data Breach Response
In the unlikely event of a confirmed data breach, we will activate our incident response plan — investigating promptly, containing affected systems, and notifying impacted users and relevant regulatory bodies within statutory timelines (e.g., 72 hours under GDPR). No security system is completely infallible, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Privacy Rights
Regardless of your geographic location, we provide comprehensive rights over your personal data. You may exercise these at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing info@64skillls.com. We may require identity verification before processing requests.

If we discover that a child has provided information without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that account and erase all associated data.
